| The service from the moment we rang for help with our car problem was the best. The ladies in reception were kind, helpful and efficient. Phil listened to our concerns and what we'd already tried. He was able to fix our problem and as we head back to WA it has thankfully remained fixed with no further problems. He even had extra parts available and excellent advice to share. | On our recent travels of Australia I don't think we've come across anyone more genuine than Phil from Rural Mechanical Repairs. We broke down in Charters Towers and started ringing mechanics, Phil was fully booked like all the others but he was the only mechanic in town who sympathised with us and was willing to get us back on the road asap. Phil fixed our vehicle as soon as the parts arrived and even offered to pick us up from the caravan park when our car was ready to be picked up !!! | Excellent experience. Our car had a little problem on our way to Darwin. Today is Saturday and all mechanics were closed (even on Google, it says they were open). Phil was the only one who answered the phone call and helped us out to keep us going. Thank you so much!!!!! Sally Seo |
